Contracting provider
CREATIVE CLIP S.R.L., Romania, operates the service under the DAVRIA Studio trading name. Any contract for website services is entered into with CREATIVE CLIP S.R.L.
Prices and estimates
Displayed prices are starting prices. The estimator provides an indicative, non-contractual range. The final price is confirmed in your project quote. Timing and exact scope are confirmed only after requirements review and acceptance of a proposal.
Tax treatment
The company is not currently registered for VAT. The tax treatment applicable to a transaction depends on its circumstances and is confirmed in the relevant commercial documents. The final price is confirmed in your project quote.
Brief and proposal
The client supplies a sufficient brief, available content and timely feedback. The agreed proposal defines pages, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities and the number of included revision rounds.
Changes and complexity
Changes outside the agreed brief, deliverables or included revision rounds are estimated and approved separately. E-commerce, portals, applications and complex API integrations require a custom quote.
Domain, hosting and third parties
Domain and hosting are excluded from package prices. The client should remain the owner of the domain and, where practical, the hosting account. Third-party licences, services, fees and charges are separate unless the proposal explicitly says otherwise.
Content and rights
The client confirms they have the right to use supplied copy, images, marks and other materials. Ownership of the result and licences for third-party components are described in the accepted proposal; the website and access will not be tied to artificial lock-in.
Handover
Handover includes the items and access defined in the proposal. The domain remains the client’s, and administration access is transferred or documented according to the agreed technical solution.
DAVRIA bonus
DAVRIA CRM is a separate product. The three free months are available only after an eligible website purchase and only for businesses compatible with a confirmed DAVRIA workflow. Eligibility is checked separately, does not change the website provider, does not automatically change the estimate and does not automatically create an account. Use of DAVRIA is governed by the platform’s separate terms.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Commercial terms for payments, cancellation or refunds must be stated explicitly in the accepted proposal or contract for the project; this public site does not assume terms that have not been confirmed.
