Information collected

The form may collect your name, company, email, optional phone, current website, industry, contact preference, message, project requirements and optional DAVRIA eligibility interest. To secure the service and limit abuse, the server may temporarily process technical data such as IP address, request headers and timing.

Purposes

We use the information to validate and assess your request, respond, prepare an estimate or proposal, prevent abuse and, only if you select the option, check DAVRIA eligibility.

Lawful bases

We process the enquiry to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Abuse prevention and service security rely on legitimate interests. Non-essential traffic measurement that requires consent starts only after consent and only if the relevant technical identifiers have been configured.

Processors and recipients

We use technical providers for hosting, storage and delivery of the site. Access is limited to what is necessary to provide and secure the service. We do not sell form data or use it for automated advertising.

Separation of DAVRIA services

DAVRIA Studio enquiries are logically separate from DAVRIA Photography and DUDU Recruitment and are not sent to Recruitment tables or workflows. Interest in the bonus does not automatically create a DAVRIA account, workspace or identity.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting commercial relationship, meet applicable legal obligations, defend rights or secure the service. Criteria include the enquiry stage, whether a contractual relationship exists and applicable statutory periods; information no longer needed must be deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Submit a request through the contact channel above.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or, where applicable, Romania’s National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
